Responsibilities:
Maintaining & developing an existing developer & prospect client in order to provide the wide range of suitable products (Awards, Events, DataSense…) for them (20%)
Keep good relationship with developer and cooperate with other departments, leaders and managers (BOM) to meet corporate objectives and deliver wow service to customers (20%)
Be responsible for individual sales target and support team to hit team target (25%)
Implement and ensure KPIs such as meeting customers, proposals ... by week, month and year (20%)
Deploying business policies and plans according to the Company's development strategy with developer (10%)
Accept other given duties and involve in projects assigned by line manager (5%)
Requirements:
Barchelor's degree in Economy or relevant fields
At least 3 years of sales experience
Experience with B2B customers is preferable
Fluent in English (4 skills) is preferable
Strong relationship with partners in real estate or agency is preferable
Good presentation, customer persuasion and relationship building
Ability to analyze, synthesize data and be sensitive to market opportunities
Eager to learn, innovative thinking and work hard
Enterprising, own it and deliver it
Customer service and serious attitude toward
